The Patterns I Could Not Stop Seeing
I did not set out to create another self-help system. As I conducted medical-intuitive readings for individuals and in collaboration with naturopathic physicians, I kept seeing the same human experiences repeat: rejection, conflict, betrayal, and the fear of not knowing enough. The people and circumstances changed, but something beneath them remained remarkably consistent.
During those readings, I often perceived thoughts and feelings accompanying physical symptoms. As I followed what I was sensing, I began to recognize the same underlying patterns across different people.
I also encountered fourfold structures again and again: the four directions, four elements, the medicine wheel, and Carl Jung’s fourfold understanding of the psyche. Their recurrence gave language to something I had already begun to observe.
As my attention focused on patterns of fourness, I began to intuit the patterns of perception, each organizing experience in a particular way—and each containing its own pathway for transformation.
I spent the next 25 years giving that architecture structure and language, revising it, and finding clearer ways to communicate it. Archedomi® is the result: a map of how instinct moves within the psyche toward our home of spirit, and how awareness can change that movement.
